VPL was founded in 2009 by Veronica Mallet. Her goal is to service as many veterans as possible. However, VPL's purpose and mission, is to provide emergency housing, home repairs, benefit status assistance, free clothing and shoes, veteran trips, celebrating veterans in the nursing homes and many other needed services, we are here. Often, we as a people go on living our lives, and not fully understanding that veterans are lacking in many areas. We at VPL wants to make a difference. We want to help veterans connect with all resources they needed.
